We accept:

PDF (recommended)

JPG / PNG

AI, EPS, PSD (with fonts outlined or included)

What are the bleed and safe zone requirements?

For most products:

Bleed: 0.125" on all sides

Safe Zone: Keep text 0.125" inside the cut line
If you’re unsure, we can prepare your file for you.

Do you offer graphic design services?

Yes — our design team can assist with:

🕒 Production Times | What are standard turnaround times?

Typical production times:

Turnaround begins after final artwork approval and payment.

What if I need something same-day?

🚚 Shipping & Pickup | Where can I pick up my order?

Orders can be picked up at our Queens, NY facility. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready.

Do you deliver or ship?

Yes, we offer:

  • Nationwide shipping

Shipping fees vary based on weight and destination.

🔧 Reprints, Proofs & Quality Assurance | Do you provide proofs before printing?

Digital proofs are included on all custom jobs. Production begins once you approve the proof.

What if there is an error or quality issue?

If an issue is caused by our production process, we will reprint at no charge. If the issue is related to customer-supplied files (missing bleed, wrong resolution, typos), reprint fees may apply.
